Functions

Office of laboratory and facility management is responsible for the construction and daily management of laboratory, unified management of the state-owned assets, reasonable layout and assessment of large equipment, improve utilization rate of equipment. Office of laboratory and facility management is the link between scientific research, teachers and discipline construction, finance, logistics and other departments, is the supplement to the department of science and technology, office of discipline, office of academic affairs, Graduate School and other department work, is the important material guarantee department of the teaching and scientific research.

 

There is a director, in charge of the department, coordinating the relationship among different departments, making work plan, auditing the use of various funds. There are two deputy directors. One of them is in charge of the laboratory management section and the chemicals and equipment service center, and another is in charge of the equipment management department and large equipment platform. There are 3 sections, 1 office and 1 call center.
